He didn't say that Ethereum is on Binance Blockchain, but ETH tokens. More precisely, Wrapped Ether (WETH).

What Are Wrapped Tokens?Wrapped tokens are basically what you have in other chains that are pegged. So, you know how we have USDT? How that is pegged to 1 dollar at all times? It is not fiat though is it? It is a cryptocurrency usually referred as stablecoins and they are pegged to what the price of 1 dollar is, since 1 dollar never changes there is nothing extra needed for that. However ETH and WETH are a bit different, same logic, it is not ETH exactly but it is wrapped eth.
So, basically it is a "stablecoin" for ETH, whatever the price of "real" ETH is, the WETH price will reflect it somewhere else. Same logic as USDT where it is not the thing it represents but it is exactly the same price. This has been the easiest explanation I found online and I just wanted to share that with others, WETH and USDT are not really too much different in logic, one just changes the price based on what ETH price is.
