The HODL Valley initial decentralized offering is a decentralized token swap process that is facilitated directly via the HODL Valley IDO swap smart contract. This IDO process is a direct peer-to-smart contract transaction that is first-come-first-serve and involves no human interference. Unlike most ICO’s, IEO’s, and IDO’s, the HODL Valley offering has no whitelists or pre-sale events which eliminates preference and prevents traditional pump-and-dumps on listing day. With the combination of the direct offering and time-locked tokens, MONEY holders participate in the fairest process possible.

IDO Process
- The HODL Valley IDO token swap smart contract opens for 48 hours on December 3rd, 2021 at 12AM EST
- Participants deposit USDT tokens to the HODL Valley IDO token swap smart contract.
          *  The exchange rate is 100 MONEY tokens for 1 USDT (ERC20) token
          *  The swap contract rejects deposits:
                    +  Less than 1000 USDT
                    +  More than 25,000 USDT per individual wallet address
                    +  That exceeds the 48-hour window
                    +  Once the max cap of 2,500,000 has been reached
- The HODL Valley IDO token swap smart contract closes on December 5th, 2021 at 12AM EST. MONEY Tokens will be locked in the swap smart contract until December 10th, 2021 at 12AM EST. The IDO token swap smart contract will unlock and send the corresponding MONEY tokens to the wallet addresses that deposited tokens. The swap smart contract will also unlock the USDT tokens which will aid in the creation of the Uniswap liquidity pool.
