Well, 99 % is a sot of virus etc.
Keep in mind that WITHOUT using this:

Lolminer is delivering 73/74 %, NBminer 72%. SO what this is doing ? NOTHING to help the miner.
And there is NO Pills either. The OLD pills worked because it was pushing tighter timing in the card.

LHR is inside Nvidia driver, and it just check the Mem controller I/0, LHR unlocking its at the limit +- 2-3%

But when Intel will come q1 2022 , Nvidia will accidentally drop a driver or two without LHR... somewhere in the web.

So, don't install unknown software for doing something a regular miner does without. And wait for some lazy driver to come out..
