It is now 8 PM PST, 3/22 so I am assuming that you mean 8AM on Sunday, 3/23 instead? I believe that is 15:00 on March 23 GMT.

Good catch, they don't seem to be in the time zone themselves. And as I pointed out earlier, if you are in this time zone we switched to "Daylight" time...it is actually 8:13PM PDT as I type this.
