If you are talking about your account then you didn't post anything in Indonesian board then how can you complain that you didn't get any merit even if you are a good poster there. Am I the only one who is confused? 
Merit source become inactive is one of the reason why there is less distribution so if you feel there is enough good post but not enough merits then you can report it to merit giveaway threads or even apply yourself to become one of the merit source.
I am quite confused. Why would op complain about their local board having less merit circulation compared to other local boards when op didn't even post in there.
