Hello, I'm not a tech savy person, I have a very bad experience with exchanges. First time I lost 900 dollars and they told me it was phishing website and that I should always type the domain in address and not click from google. Second time was the worst of all, I lost 7.5k dollars worth of crypto and they told me DNS hack or something! (not sure if this is right) but I typed the exchange website myself and it was correct. They didnt refund me anything!
Thats the bad idea of exchanging your crypto in website without any knowledge and without any extra care about what you are doing. Phising site is everywhere thats why you need to be vigilant by clicking any links online because you will lose all your funds. Tips by copy and pasting your address double check the first and last digit or letters of your address before proceeding sending or exchanging your crypto and also choose the best crypto exchange website or better use apps for more security of your funds. I know you are already learned about your experience and you will never allow to happen that again because crypto exchanger will never back your money that lost.
