You will be amazed to see the big names like Morgan, adil rashid, hafeez, bravo taking part in this league. Missing big players are because they are busy in bilateral series NZ-INDIA, WI-SL, Pak-Bangladesh. I m sure they are paying good that's why big players are seen here. IMO second one after IPL is BIG bash of Australia. This T10 is mini ipl as organiser is of indian origin.
T10 is not my favorite format, but still I watched a few matches because a lot of the well known players are participating. And UAE doesn't have any natives playing cricket, so there is no restriction on overseas players. From what I heard, the salaries are good as well. The Gulf region as a whole is having a positive contribution to the sport for the last few decades. I can't ignore the negatives (such as the involvement of mafias and match fixing), but a lot of players have benefitted from the sponsors in that region.
I think t10 is a good format and might have a really bright future for cricket because maybe then more and more teams will be interested in cricket. But this format will have a lot bigger impact on club cricket than international cricket in my opinion.
