I don't necessarily agree with everything that Cowen says, but I still did not mind his discussion of the 8-week and the 20-week moving averages and how those MAs might be considered in terms of what is going on while in a bull market or even how a bull market might be considered to be sustainable in terms of technical analysis considerations.,. including his perspective of the role of the 50-day moving average as well...
