Looking for an experienced community manager capable of working on several projects at the same time. Being fluent in English is a must!
Your duties as a community manager:
- Manage the admins to make sure they are on time and do their job
- Check the quality of the admins
- Jump in where there are difficult questions and use your expertise to answer those questions
- Advise on community building and engagement strategies
- Developing and maintaining the KB (Knowledge Base) for you that can be used internally and externally
- You will be the main point of contact with the team regarding community moderation
- Weekly meetings internally with the admins and with you
