I only took action because of his cheating behavior with alt and have immediately flagged him [he deserves it], but I didn't take any action regarding this plagiarism and I also advise him to edit the post if he doesn't want to be reported for his behavior.

advice to OP immediately edit your post and add original owner source to avoid ban as plagiarism can cause your account to be banned.
