Those things still fall under altcoins.

DeFi is literally token projects on Ethereum/Solana/Avalanche/etc.

NFTs are a byproduct of the same Layer-1 coins named above.

Metaverse, which is mostly referred to when talking about blockchain-games, are also token projects of the same Layer-1 coins named above.
