It's not even about a bias to Bitcoin, the forum generally does not get updated often with the changing times, new Bitcoin related projects like lightening network is yet to get a separate board for discussions, much less a hype project built on fomo. For a certain project or trend to get a separate board on the forum, it seems like it needs to have so much discussions that if is clumping the more general board it is being posted on.

Trends come and go, but Bitcoin doesn't change much, so does bitcointalk.
