I like how asking for your rollover number is a "violation of terms".  Coinbet is the only online sportsbook that threatens to terminate your account for posting in forums..meaning either post something positive or nothing at all!  We aren't allowed to legitimately provide any sort of negative criticism without the threat of our accounts being closed.  I hope everyone seems the problem with this.
