The email is displayed in the ban message. Should be ending with @theymos.e4ward.com
According to OP initial post, it seems like that isn't the case:
Sorry Helen_1, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good:

This message received me from my another account how to recover a banned account? anybody can help me please???
@Stefanie302: You should have searched before making this thread. I was under the impression that I had already posted what you could try to do but then I realized that another post[1] was made yesterday - with the exact same situation - and you couldn't even bother to look at the current topics being discussed on the Meta board to see an answer for your situation. I'll quote my reply[2] from that thread:
Check out this[1] thread where I'm sure you'll get all the answers for your next steps (if you decide to proceed with them). Be aware that it's not very usual for a banned account to be unbanned. Take a look at this thread[2] - last updated July 19th - and you'll see that from the 67 ban appeals, only two were unbanned. This means that only 2,98 % of those users actually managed to get their account back, which somehow indicates that whenever a ban happens it usually is accompanied by a good arguments/reasons.
