Anybody have tested gpu settings they care to share?

According to whattomine.com my GTX 1070 should be getting 5.7 h/s when in reality I am getting 2.9 g/s at 130 watts using lolminer 1.33
Core Clock: +100
Memory Clock: +500
Power Limit: 85
