You are not misleading people at all. It is a big problem for the site and for a place that has been doing marketing for years, it is really not that smart to suddenly stop caring about people and ignoring everything and being AFK for so long. I understand that last time was because he was sick, but I said the same two things ; one is how come we should be okay with him being sick that caused it? Shouldn't there be alternative solutions for when he is sick, and two what about the previous late payments?

All in all I would say that this place is getting worse by the day unless lightlord proves the solutions he came up with are permanently solving these.
