We use custodial accounts for FIAT - and payment processors for card payments in order to accept FIAT payments.

The payment processor registered under multiple jurisdictions.

eBankX is currently also regulated under Estonian laws for crypto currency, this allows us eBankX to provide services of exchanging a virtual currency against a fiat currency.

All funds are kept in a segregated client account, eBankX does not use such funds for operational uses.
