I still wonder why I don't see so many people complaining in other threads gambles site I just see a lot of complaints here
No need to wonder the other casinos know how to protect their business and that makes the players satisfy and address all issues with the right decision, it's just a matter of time before they lose the majority of their players, there's a snowball effect on this, they will have their day.
I am also concerned about the low activity of the support team on Bitcointalk. However, it cannot be underestimated how many users benefit from this gambling platform. After all, it is not a problem to say that the number of complaints appearing on Bitcointalk is small compared to how many users have 1xBit.
For me, it is not the Bitcointalk.org support that they need to increase instead their Main Support team must be in action .
Look at many complainants here, they are coming from different places and just comes in bitcointalk to file their issues as the support is not giving them a complete answers in which this forum only becomes a Filing place but the gamblers did not even know this forum before they experience those problems .
I agree, this forum might be the complainants last resort to seek answers and to resolved their problem.
If the support on their site can address the problem smoothly, then issues against their platform wont be disclose anymore since its already been resolved, but I think thats not the case.
The reason why many gamblers are staying away because of the past and current issues, or should I say their reputation here on the forum.
