Maybe or not. That is a governance tokens for constitution dao which supposedly buying a copy of US constitution. Yes they might be sound weird when they lose some lose interest, no one should also do trading for the token since its not the purpose of the token on the first place but people speculate and wanted it to gain value.

I myself donated with this project but I choose to refund mine as I dont like the way $people token had been speculated and made it a pump and dump.
