This is what I dont understand, Swisscex.com is on IRC also, #swisscex - they got a super fast ticket system, answering PM´s here and also in their forum thread and they keep getting "forgotten" ?!

Yes swisscex.com is nice and fast and was the first to list it.... CryptoALTex is also awesome , both are fast reliable etc
