If you want a secure transaction then go for CEX which will requires KYC. They have a protection for consumers but you will need verification since you are using fiat. P2P is your best chance like what @charles said and listed above but the fee and rate is almost on the roof which is not worth it if you are planning to invest for a short period of time. Eventually you will be force to do KYC once you want to convert back again your crypto into fiat that's what the law requires to exchange when dealing fiat.
