Sometimes gamblers are also stubborn, only understand about playing without thinking about their lots of money there. When they can't get their money out of the site, they report to the support service or as we can see in this forum many of them complain about it. Though it is their own fault for not reading the T&C properly of the site they are playing on.
They really need to realize that they can not do that with many casinos because, at least, they need to control themselves by limiting the money they will use to play gambling. They can complain to the support system but if the casino finds that they are doing the wrong thing and break their T&C, the casino will not do anything instead, the casino can block the account and not let them join again.
