here are my settings overclocking my FHR 3080, however the fan speed is usually at 90-100%,
is that ok for the fan on the long run ?is it ok to keep fan on auto for 24x7 mining ?

If you do not have enough of them, it is better to send a simple household fan to the farm. I've been doing that since 2017.
