Becouse they did not want try to solve my problem via email and they won't send me any money, I have to write here.
Last night I could not log in to my account and I received the same message as from playbet.com

They said it didn't matter that I had an account on playbetr.com and that it wasn't a problem, but they merged my account with 2 betchoin.ag accounts. I have never opened any additional account on this bookmaker and I am ready to do all the KYC checks to prove it and other verifrication it they require. I used my account everytime on my laptop and phone when im out of home.
They said im used banned technology to palce bets, what technology??? Im placing bets everytime manualy.
The highlight of it all is that my account is in the red, I haven't even made a profit yet!
The first time I tried the withdraw, a pleasant surprise awaited me
