The private key is not brining in the address asociated with the coin when I add the private key into blockchain.com - this just resulted in an incorrect address showing up in my wallet with a 0 ballance
That's due to not having proper support for mini private keys... Despite what the following message says about "
importing a compressed WIF [starting with K or L]", I was able to get to the correct address when I imported the uncompressed WIF
[starting with 5] instead!
Note: It's not safe to use an online wallet for importing an address that has a significant amount + despite knowing some ways to convert that mini private key, I prefer to keep it as the last resort option
[depending on how you do it and the current state of your device, it "might" not be safe]!
I have tried mycellium snd it also says that key is invalid, its 30 characters long - and I have tried numerous times now, I do believe this is a manufacturing error
Since you were able to import the same mini private key to blockchain.com's wallet, would you mind doing the same in electrum
[it supports that format]?
