My advice to you as an experienced trader. Do not try to find out from other people how they deal with their fears, it will not help you. Because everyone has their own psychology. Work on yourself. How exactly? For example, if you have a fear that you will miss out on profits, then you need to rebuild your strategy for a short-term one. Or, if you have a fear of losing money, then reduce the risk. All other general advice that does not personally affect your psychological problems in any way will not help you.
