my statement was made before the stamps went on sale    that's why I was amused

the sale started at midnight UAE-time and the website was immediately down (error page 'we experience an attack' or similar  ), afterwards you could add to the cart but during checkout process it was saying it was sold out. after 2hr orders worked smoothly. it seems that they release(d) small batches every now and then.
