Liverpool are already safe and they wouldn't make a big effort in this game I guess. Milan would benefit from this chance and defeat them. They made Liverpool big difficulties before too. And Atletico Madrid are powerful enough to defeat Porto. Maybe their previous game ended up with a 0-0 draw but I don't expect a similar thing to happen again.

Yes, Liverpool can still fight for another win as they may want to win all of their group games. But the same Liverpool can prefer rotating their squad not to wear their players out before the EPL game on the same week. Honestly, I would do just like that if I were in Klopp's place. There is no need to make your players very tired for an unimportant game. In this case, Milan's chance to win would rise a lot.
