I can not match this rewards info with the Vip level information what I have read in stake. As I know the more you wager the more bonus will get. But without gamble I don't think above info is true. 
A little suggestions to OP: Stop doing gamble and just claim the daily weekly monthly bonus. If they give you free money... Lol
Yes, the bonuses were completely based on the wagering. Stake provides the access to self excluding from gambling. OP could contact the host and request for self excluding to stay away from gambling. I believe OP have experienced a massive loss from gambling and to tackle the situation he have come to this decision.
