Support gets their responses/answers from the owners. I'm sure they're looking for a fix to the situation but look at all the sites, everyone has semi high fees depending on the currency you are trying to wd.
Agree. Technical things require time to be built, test and deploy. It can not be done instantly after community make request. You also pointed out a fact that from community voice, to opinion collection to technical deployment, all combined to create a long process.
I hate it, but what it all comes down to is you can either afford to gamble or you cannot. If a 30-50$ fee is alot to you, you should probably take a break until fees are lowered.
It is help gamblers to learn how to gamble responsibly. They can take breaks of gambling when fee is high and sometimes think why they did not manage to gamble responsibly when fee was cheaper. It means they will discover that they can actually gamble responsibly. It is just they did not realize they can do it responsibly.
That is the main thing of course in the entire gambling industry, The problems begin when people gamble with more money that they can afford to lose. Once you started gambling, there is no way back usually.
