For what it's worth: There are not supposed to be any rounding errors in Bitcoin. It's exact, up to the last digit.
That is USD 4000 of bitcoin just to make two very small dust transactions.
How is this even possible.
It's possible, but shouldn't happen unless you have many dust inputs (but that's not the case with a 257 bytes transaction). My advice: always thoroughly check the transaction
before sending.
