If you have a lot of patience ,then holding is better because many good project coins become valuable after a couple of months or years. But if you are good in trading and you want your coins grow even more, then, trading is the best. It depends on your decision and capability.
I'm an experienced holder and I can say that if you're not an effective trader then just choose the easiest. And that is to just hold while you're looking at the market at its best and worst times.
This is what's good in the crypto market, you can adjust and adapt what you're good at and there's no need for you to be pressured. If the other doesn't work for you anymore, do the other and that's how you adjust to remain and stay whether as a trader or a holder.
