We've unfortunately had a cascade of issues that have arisen in the process of fixing the website. This isn't uncommon with older sites, and it may be that we need to rebuild the front end from scratch to get the full functionality restored.  I'm looking into all options on getting the website fully functioning as intended as soon as possible.

While the developers are working on the website, I'm working in tandem to organize the info needed to manually redeem all 2FA coins Titan has ever produced.  Once I have a process of notifying owners and collecting current ownership verification, my intention is to deploy that process whether the website is fully functional or not.  I'll update here as I'm getting close to starting that process.

It will take quite a bit of my time, which is obviously my limiting resource in addressing these concerns for everyone, so I'll do my best to prioritize redemptions in order of when a coin owner reached out to us requesting assistance.

Redemption will involve Titan sending the BTC associated with a coin to the requested address.  There is a security risk posed for all Titan coin owners if we send out the Private Keys for these 2FA coins.  To date, I've let people know that we don't have a good solution for distributing forked coins (and there are many forks to consider).  We'll revisit that as we get closer to redeeming everything outstanding.

what about those who bought the coins (so the email and pw are the ones they set up when purchasing) but have then sold the coins and someone else holds them? are you going to contact the original buyer and pay them? I hope not...

and yes there is a security risk when attempting to give them the private key, no matter how you do it but that is the only way they could possibly and easily redeem the forks. what have you done in the past with forked coins when people were actually able to redeem their 2fa coins?
