It is unlikely to happen even in the next 20 years to come and one can predict such price since Bitcoin is not the only crypto currency in the world and if that should happen it then mean one Satoshi should be equal to a dollar which I believe is unlikely to happen.A lot of things to consider before this happens actually. One of the main thing to consider is the inflation rate of the dollars. If $1 let's you buy the things that cost the lowest price in the market today then I can say $1m is a possible Bitcoin price in the future.
But thinking about 1 sat is equal to $1 with the current currency valuation seems mind blowing and unrealistic.
