Can anyone from anywhere use it? mean many govt have banned crypto, it's mining and trade also. If they some how manage to use it what will be your say ? would you allow them?
why would they need to use crypto if there govt has banned it. because if platform allow but government doesn't then government can take action against anytime. So don't think it actually matter whatever they allow or not.
