Bitstamp too. Most XRP are traded on Ripple though (it's an exchange after all).

I can't see where you can exchange xrp at bitstamp
They used to sell XRP on Bitstamp (probably still do, I don't use them since they required IDs etc.), alternatively you can withdraw funds from Bitstamp as gateway and trade on Ripple freely.
