Perfect timing, I've just updated the first post to include the following instructions and details for participating in the PLC:
Participating in the Pre-Launch Coins **IMPORTANT PLC INSTRUCTIONS**
In order to keep track of your PLC's and to make sure you get your disbursement of WATER when we officially launch you must fill out the following form immediately after you send BTC:
PLC Information Form
Based on the information you submit we will give you an ID and provide an option to view all BTC from the Pre-Launch Coins. If youve already sent BTC please fill out the form now and we will contact you to follow up with you.
Methods to Participate
You may visit CleanWaterCoin.org and click the Pre-Launch Coins button in the upper right hand portion of your screen. There you will see a Coinbase Pay with Bitcoin button that will allow you to send BTC, a QR code for the wallet (seen below), and the wallet address itself (seen below). You can also use the two methods below.
