Trade and Hold are both good, however, in choosing spot trading is much better compared to future in my own views and opinion only.
Because maybe I had been doing trade in the spot and so far so good. Though, I never try to use future trading, but I am currently much more comfortable in spot trading rather in Future trading.
yeah just stay where you're comfortable to make profits, and i agree also that both is a good option as well. for me personally i like trading than holding because when it comes trading you can see what you can do and what you cam make everyday or after week etc, unlike holding that very stagnant and its like your waiting for nothing especially if the coin you hold isn't performing well..no thrill for short and its only for those people who don't have time to study the market.
