You can just look for 1 or 2 posts to merit. After you have received 7 merits, you have sent 1 smerit, it is remaining only 2, creating topic like this is not called for. Find one or two users to merit. You can do merit giveaway if you have over 20 merits and more, not when you have just 2.
Some people like to create this type of topic because they are looking to earn more merits, if you want more merits, try to read than you post and understand this forum better.
Lol...Your observations is absolutely correct, because op Smerit is up to even fifteen (15) but he wants to do merit giveaway, let it be plain that is hurting for more merit to rank up to a member, maybe user have intension to support some other people achievement, but the Smerit Merit he secured is too low and it should be what requires to create a thread.
