but as long as they are using the word "privacy" this will never stop.
Why would 1xbit expose their identity? It's a bad decision for them in several ways. Exposing themselves would basically give a huge advantage to some victims who are prepared to file lawsuits against them which could lead to their business getting shutdown.
This is primarily why they keep providing the 'privacy' excuse in order to shield themselves.
