The solution for ERC20 does not yet exist other than being willing to use it at an expensive cost, but alternatively the option or other way is in BSC, Polygon and others, so don't think too much about ERC20 which is still expensive, but just think about how your work is not hampered, just that.
We can use another alternative network if the coin assets are stored in the exchange because the exchange has several networks that are already integrated in deposit and withdrawal, but there is no other way to have tokens in the ethereum network wallet other than lowering the fee in the gastracker list.
