It is Renec. Remitano is the developer behind the coin. It can be mined on Remitano mobile app, but not yet tradable.

The coin is not yet tradable, the reason you did not see it on Coinmarketcap or Coingecko or other related sites. It is possible you do not see it on such sites and become tradable on Remitano, but I am not thinking Remitano will want the coin to be traded only on their exchange, which means it will likely be listed also on other exchanges and meet the requirements of listing on Coinmarketcap and Coingecko.
