all the cod games i tried were good. good games no doubt  
along those lines i liked the old sof microwave weapon, and more
i like the mods for fps games like defrag  and the endless mods and maps and more
in quake one an old modification would let you send in the helper bots that was neat
so was the guided nuke, morning star / grappling hook  or airfist.
