Thanks for your question! Let me shed the light on this. Alpha5 was a derivatives and spreads-oriented exchange with its core token A5T. Since the app re-write, while they ended up with a materially better platform, the environment around CEX derivatives platforms changed quickly. Regulatory headwinds, lack of liquidity, and onboarding hurdles have made it difficult to carry the platform forward. And thus in the best interests of all stakeholders, the team has decided to stop operations.

However, some of the team members behind Alpha5 were passionate about the idea of running the DeFi product - SuperBonds. We are not scammers and we were fighting for a way to provide A5T stakeholders with a solution by briding some tokenomics into the SuperBonds. And it paid off. All A5T holders are now able to proceed with the conversion of their A5T assets with some benefits (at a good rate which higher than the current A5T market price on average). Currently, the A5T —> SuperB conversion is live until December 16, 23:59 UTC.
