1 week is 168 hours not 72 hours.
I see you have given us a negative feedback already. There are sites who do not pay out in 3 weeks, and that is still accepted by the community.
And not paid in 7 days because we are checking bets, and you give us a negative trust.
I'm assuming you have a small number of employees so between design/development and customer support + marketing, how do you even find time to verify entire bet histories of people? (I'm assuming you have them all on a list of some sort).
Perhaps you are using an automated software for that? It would be much more accurate than human reviews if all you're doing is preventing abuse of bets.
