A judge in Curaçao has declared the company behind the well-known gambling site 1xBet bankrupt. The judge did so after 1xBet's parent company 1xCorp refused to refund players and defaulted on the lawsuit.
Advocate SBGOK who stands up for online gamblers who say disadvantaged by being in Curacao licensed online casinos, according to the court successfully argues that 1xCorp "multiple debts unpaid leave" and "in the condition of having ceased to make payments."
Prob deserves it's own thread if there isn't one already. Interesting stuff, haven't had a chance to dig into it yet though.
