The Current Best Mining Card Value! Mi-25 16G
https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0578/0583/2398/files/promoclear_1296x.png?v=1639072813Highest efficiency per $! Custom repurposed graphics accelerator from AMD based on the Vega 10 architecture. Now able to reach 48Mh/s on Ethereum! we’ve flashed a custom Bios in order for the Mi 25 server accelerator to behave more like a Vega 64 graphics card this allows lower core under clocks & higher memory clocks while unlocking new compatibility with current mining tools like AMD blockchain drivers, amdmemtweak, RaveOS, HiveOS & much more mining software otherwise not compatible with ROCm accelerators.
Now the newly flashed Mi25 now shows as Vega 64 16G the card now behaves like an AMD RX Vega Frontier 16G with timings & Overclocks, but recognized as a Vega 64 16G this allows rigs with 12+ cards with or without risers. Since these are repurposed server accelerators they have many nice features for 24/7 operation like a buzzer that alarms if PCIe power is inadequate & high quality thermal pads.
Untitled3D’s Mi-25 16G Performance - Mining Specs & Wattage From Wall
Ethash = 48 mh/s -/+ 5% @ 188 watts (-/+ 10%)
KawPow = 26.5 mh/s -/+ 5% @ 269 watts (-/+ 10%)
Autolykos = 143 mh/s -/+5% @ 186 watts (-/+ 10%)
FiroPow = 26.7 mh/s -/+ 5% @ 285 watts (-/+ 10%)
ProgPow = 18 mh/s -/+5% @ 288 watts (-/+ 10%)
TonCoin = 1.65 gh/s -/+5% @ 271 watts (-/+ 10%)
Mining Tuning Guide
When you receive card it’ll already have the modded bios preinstalled so the should be recognized as a Rx Vega 64 with 16Gb of VRAM in any OS.
Between HiveOS & RaveOS we’re had much higher success with RaveOS but your milage may vary, RaveOS seems to play more nicely with Vegas in our experience.
So once RaveOS is setup (& Updated) follow our results, we tested several algorithms successfully here’s some of testing settings & methodology. Although HiveOS should be similar in settings & steps.
Ethash
Mining Software - TeamRedMiner (Latest Version) (0.8.6.2 as of writing)
We’ve also added this additional command line argument --eth_micro_delay=20 (It seems to help with lower rejects at higher memory clocks)
You can start with these settings on Ethash and should produce 47mh/s with this AMDMemTweak setting.
Core 1010 Memory Clock 940 Core Volt 812 Mem Volt 812 & 95c temp target, along with your personal fan % (0 if none)
Ethos Settingsamdmemtweak --CL 18 --RAS 30 --RCDRD 21 --RCDWR 11 --RC 38 --RP 14 --RRDS 3 --RDL 6 --RTP 5 --FAW 12 --CWL 8 --WR 14 --REF 17500 --RFC 300
From there you can raise the Memory clock by 5 or 10 until to start getting invalid shares Most cards should be able to get to 960 - 980 fairly easily but some may be as low as 930.
To get more performance you can also adjust the AMDMemTweak settings specifically the RCDRD lowering this value will result in higher performance but may raise reject rates. Most cards can handle 20 - 22 for this value. Your also welcome to find & test other AMDMemTweak settings & if you find a better one let us know.
Overall after finally turning each card, each should be producing 48 mh/s & showing 120 - 138 watts in teamRedMiner.
AutoLykos (Ergo coin)
Use the same settings as ethereum Ethash gets the best watt per mh same AMDMemTweaks too. Gets 140 mh at same wattage as Eth, TeamRedMiner is working on increasing Vegas hash rate on AutoLykos previously used to able able to do 170 - 190mh/s with a little more wattage.
KawPow Ravencoin & FirePow & ProgPow
Same settings for all algorithms Along with same AMDMemTweak as Ethash
Ton Coin
Using TonMiner, largely untested can go as high as 1.8Gh with more core clock & voltage a good start is 1220 core 930 mem 931 core voltage & 850 mem voltage, 95C temp target.
