Is it better to keep good project coins for holding?

both are equally profitable. however, to become a low leverage coin trader one must really have high skills and abilities.
I think it's easiest to become a holder by choosing a good coin project, but the holder must be patient until the price is at the highest position. because we know the holder can't do anything and can only wait
They are profitable but the level of profitability will really be entirely different because active trading or dealing with movement or volatility could really give you the chance on making profits in short time basis and for long term then they would just simply hold and wait for the right time.
It is understandable that the profits you could made will be more compared when you are just simply holding but somehow dealing with
active trades is way too risky.
It is not for all that's why some decided to hold instead.
