I agree, receiving 0.09$/week for 8000 tokens is really low. They will not gather massive popularity if they not increase their dividend pool drastically. With the listing, you will probably get a temporary hype but that's about it. People will not buy a massive amount of tokens, if the dividend they receive is so low.
The representative's inactivity here is questionable the last post was two weeks ago and there are early issues that were not resolved like the number of LUT token holders is it resolved or did I miss it, this is the time to have more promos and giveaways this is the time of the year where players are spending, because of the bonus they received from their work, but unfortunately, they lack activities here.
