But if there will be no requirements for withdrawals, and since there is no way for you to be completely sure that whoever redeems the "bitcointalk" code is indeed a bitcointalk user, don't you think this will open the door for abusers?
Yes this could be abused by non bitcointalk user. Well, how will the abuser know the code if they are not bitcointalk user not unless they will try to search if there is any site or place they can search for like this forum where it is explained that those who use bitcointalk promo codes doesn't have to meet requirements as it doesn't have wager requirements.
They can search from search engines to know which website has the code so they can use it over and over. If we talk about abusers, they can come from any place because as long as they can use the internet properly, they will get much information to redeem the code for their benefit. Maybe the site can use a tracker for the user from bitcointalk so we can still use the code and for those who do not use the tracker code, the code will be invalid.
